For this project, Power Konek wanted to increase its credibility and brand awareness by requesting HDO to create an official logo and branding guidelines. This new branding will then be incorporated into all marketing collaterals released by the company. That way, potential customers can be more familiar with Power Konek and what they do.
We were experiencing bandwidth issues with our old hosting service and we often had problems contacting them and troubleshooting our website. Helpdesk Online fixed this issue by providing better hosting for us and also by massively improving our website.
