The Big League Enterprise, Inc. wanted to have an official Web-Based Forum that is expandable and readily available for all their members and distributors. The design and development of this project will help foster business development efforts, facilitate and improve communication with clients and customers including partners and interested support parties by online community boards and live forum discussions.
We were required to develop quality web-forum design, with full website functionalities that is responsive and mobile-ready to all its members. The Website Forum was designed to serve both new & existing members to get online access through Santé EF1’s Community Boards, Announcements, News Updates as well as online Forum Discussions with a secure “Single Sign-On” Account via Santé International, Inc.’s own website membership system.
We were experiencing bandwidth issues with our old hosting service and we often had problems contacting them and troubleshooting our website. Helpdesk Online fixed this issue by providing better hosting for us and also by massively improving our website.
